Environmental Policy.

At Computer Troubleshooters Croydon we recognise that the environment in which we all live and do business in is very important for the future of all of us.

This is why we have invested in technology to reduce the impact that our personal lives, our business and the services we offer to our customers, has on the environment.

Our onsite vehicle is a Toyota Hybrid Prius which has been recognised as one of the most fuel efficient models on the road. Typically, we see a fuel economy between 4.8 to 5.4 litres per 100 km. For you this means that our On Site Mobile Service is having less impact on the environment, while providing a reliable and efficient service.

Where possible recycled paper is used within our business. We purchase Reflex 100% Recycled Paper for our paper needs in our service centre.

We also offer an e-waste removal service for our customers. For small items and small quantities, this is a free service. For larger quantities we may place a small charge depending on the items to cover transportation, storage and tip fees.
At Computer Troubleshooters Croydon we reduce, re-use and recycle where ever possible.
All items collected for e-waste will be assessed for their usefulness. If the parts are still useful, then they will be used to repair customer items when possible. The parts will be provided to these customers at no charge for these parts because we do not make a profit on ewaste items and we do not sell 2nd hand parts.
Items that are not useful will be taken to Mount Evelyn Recycling for disposal, who pay for ewaste. The money collected will be given to a local Scout Group or donated to a charity.
